Extreme weather damages dam guidewall, forces temporary closure of navigational lock

The navigational lock at the Hugh L. Keenleyside Dam is currently closed for repairs to the floating guidewall which was damaged by the recent extreme weather. The floating guidewall is critical to ensure safe access into the lock from Arrow Lakes Reservoir. The navigational lock will remain closed until further notice.
