Take a Kid Mountain Biking in Castlegar this Saturday

The Castlegar Parks & Trails Society is hosting a family-friendly Biking Event at Kinnaird Park this Saturday.
The Kootenay Mountain Bike Coaches (KMBC) will be there with their portable Skills Park Setup and will host a free Mountain Bike Skills Clinic. There will also be other events such as bike-decorating and face painting. The Bike Workshop Registration starts at 1:30 p.m. with the actual clinics taking place from 1 to 2 p.m. After the event, parents or guardians can choose to Take a Kid Mountain Biking on the trails near the park. This event is an International Mountain Bike Sanctioned event and is set to become an annual event.
