The Castlegar RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a male that is suspected of shoplifting from the Uptown Liquor store in Castlegar on Sept. 12.
“Video footage from the store captured the male concealing a bottle of Absolute vodka down the front of his pants and leaving the store without payment,” said RCMP Sgt. Laurel Mathew. “Once outside, the male fled the scene on a bicycle.
“The Castlegar RCMP are asking that anyone with information about the identity of the male to call the Castlegar RCMP at 250-365-7721.”
