UPDATE: Boundary health centre re-opens

Interior Health is advising residents in Grand Forks and Boundary of the following updates to local health services resulting from changes to evacuation orders and alerts related to flooding in the region:

Boundary Community Health Centre (7441 – 2nd Street) is open. Mental Health Substance Use and Public Health services have fully resumed at this location.

Grand Forks Mental Health Clubhouse (7375 – 2nd St.) is open for normal services.

Boundary Medical Clinic (GP services at 7486 – 2nd St.) is closed.

Drs. Geoff Coleshill and Max Lui will be available for patient appointments during regular business hours at Silver Kettle Village, at 2350 72nd St. in Grand Forks.

Drs. Mark Szynkaruk and Gwen Campbell will be available at Boundary District Hospital (BDH) at 7649 22nd St. in Grand Forks.

Directional signage will be on display at both Silver Kettle Village and the hospital to direct patients to clinic spaces.

Patients may reach clinic staff at 250-442-8233 for appointment information.

Midway Health Unit (540 – 7th Avenue) is open for normal services.

Boundary District Hospital (7649 – 22 St.) is open, with full services including 24/7 emergency department coverage. The hospital was not directly impacted by flooding or evacuation order.
