Nelson Police said a man from Alberta is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on a trafficking charge following an arrest early Wednesday morning near Cottonwood Park. NPD Sergeant Dino Falcone said the arrest happened at approximately 2 a.m. while members were conducting a routine patrol in the industrial area near Cottonwood Falls Park.
