UPDATED: Missing Trail man located

A Trail man missing since Nov. 4 has been found, safe and sound, according to Trail top cop Sgt. Darren Oelke.

He said the man was located by Regina City Police on Nov. 20. His family has been notified of his whereabouts.

A Trail man for whom police are looking, to ensure his well-being, was last seen Nov. 4 in Nelson, after indications he was heading there. Police continue to seek the man, in hopes of guaranteeing his welfare.

Trail and Greater District RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing man, Bryan Ramon James Thomas-Marchenski, 32 years old.

Thomas-Marchenski was last seen near Trail BC on Nov. 1.

Police are concerned for Thomas-Marchenski’s wellbeing, as he may require medical assistance. Thomas-Marchenski can be noticeably withdrawn and often walks looking at the ground.
He is described as:

  • Aboriginal male

  • 6’2″ / 189 cm tall

  • 172 lbs / 78 kgs

  • Black hair very short

  • Brown eyes, and wears glasses.

  • He was last seen with a backpack with pink on it.
