Navigational lock closures at hugh Keenleyside Dam

Please be advised that the Navigational Lock at the Hugh L. Keenleyside Dam will be closed from Monday, July 15 to Wednesday, July 31 inclusive. This closure is necessary to undertake significant infrastructure upgrades which will ensure the long-term, reliable and safe operation of the Navigational Lock.
This is the first of four outages required to complete the upgrade work on the
Navigational Lock. The Navigational Lock will also be out of service during the following dates:
- August 17 – September 2
- September 28 – October 18
- November 15 – November 25
Please note that these dates are subject to change. We regret any inconvenience that these outages may cause, and thank you for your support as this significant infrastructure upgrade work is completed.
