No one hurt in electrical semi-trailer truck fire

Grand Forks RCMP said that no one was hurt after an electrical fire destroyed a semi-trailer truck Tuesday morning on Highway 3 west of the Boundary City.
The fire happened at approximately 6 a.m. March 9 near the turnoff to the Phoenix Ski Hill.
Grand Forks Fire Rescue responded to the blaze to extinguish the blaze to the cab of the semi-trailer, keeping any flames away from the trailer.
RCMP said the driver from the Fraser Valley will not be charged.
