Cooling Centres Opening Tomorrow in Castlegar

With heat warnings in place, Castlegar’s cooling spaces will be open July 27-30 at three locations:

New Life Church – 602 7th Avenue

Way Out Shelter – 1660 Columbia Avenue

Kinnaird Church of God – 2404 Columbia Avenue

The spaces will provide air-conditioned space, seating, washrooms, and drinking water daily between 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
