Navigational Lock closure at the Hugh Keenleyside Dam extended until Nov. 3

The navigational lock at the Hugh L. Keenleyside Dam is currently closed to the public to prevent damage to the floating guide wall. This closure has now been extended to allow for further mitigation measures to be completed. The navigational lock will reopen for public use at 8 a.m. on Friday, November 3.
Regular hours of operation for the navigational lock are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the weekends. This service is available at no charge for all properly equipped watercraft. Please note that the last lock cycle begins at 3:30 p.m.
