BC Hydro: Canadian Navigable Waters Act

British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (BC Hydro) hereby gives notice that a submission has been added to the Common Project Search online registry pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act described herein and its description.
Pursuant to paragraph 4.1 and 9.1 of said Act, British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority has deposited with the Minister of Transport, on the on-line Common Project Search Registry (at cps.canada.ca) and under registry number 11573, a description of the following work: Hugh L. Keenleyside Floating Guidewall Pontoon 5 and 6 Recovery and Relocation Project from September 23, 2024 to May 1, 2025.
In, on, over, under, through or across the Arrow Lakes Reservoir at the Hugh L. Keenleyside Dam within lot numbers: PID 017-216-001 Assigned Parcel A (See DF28683) District Lot 3260 Kootenay District Plan 1678 except Plans 7394, 7603, 7442, NEP21141 and NEP80126; and PID 010-222-456 District Lot 1598 Kootenay District.
