Arrow Flow Change and Navigation Lock Closure at Hugh Keenleyside, November 25

On Monday, November 25, the discharge rates from Arrow Lakes Reservoir will fluctuate noticeably. Please make safety your top priority when planning activities near the Columbia River.
The navigation lock at the Hugh L. Keenleyside Dam will be closed starting at 4 p.m. on Sunday, November 24 until 8 a.m. on Tuesday, November 26. This closure is necessary to accommodate ongoing project work. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your support while this work is completed.
