Smokies sign Coccimiglio for 2024-25
The Trail Smoke Eaters are proud to announce the signing of Jared Coccimiglio (’04) for the upcoming 2024-25 upcoming season.
Coccimiglio is a 5’8″, 170-pound right shot forward from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario and played last season with the Philadelphia Rebels in the NAHL. Jared scored 23 goals and added 14 assists for 37 points in 60 games. He previously played 2 seasons in the OJHL where he produced 89 points with St. Michael’s and Milton. Jared is committed to The University of Maine Black Bears (NCAA) Division 1 hockey program.
“We are extremely excited to add Jared to our team. He brings pace, a high skill set and will be expected to contribute in all areas of the game,” said Tim Fragle, General Manager & Head Coach. We look forward to working with Jared and helping him in his continued development.”
The Smoke Eaters organization would like to welcome Jared and the Coccimiglio family to the program and to the city of Trail.
