The 55+ BC Games were held in Vernon this year, and again, husband and wife team Stephen Langley and Danielle (Dany) Montandon rose to the occasion.

They competed in 3 road riding events ― Time Trial, Road Race & Hill Climb, with Dany scoring 3 first place finishes.  Steve was also on the podium 3 times – 1st (tied), 2nd (tied) and 3rd, in the events, respectively.

Stephen commented, "We both very much enjoyed the games this year. It was fun to spend time with people our age who share our passions. The number of entrants was about three times larger than last year for my cycling age group and the competition was fierce, but after the races it did not really matter who had placed where, there was just a tremendous feeling camaraderie and of joy after giving our very best effort."
