Last chance to vote for your favourite addition to Sculpturewalk

Time is running out to vote for your favourite work of art in Castlegar Sculpturewalk 2019, so put on your Sculpturewalking shoes and hit the pavement! October 15 is the cut-off to tell us your pick for the People’s Choice Award, the winner of which will stay in the City’s growing permanent collection. Ballots and brochures are available in the red boxes along the Sculpturewalk route, at City Hall, or the Visitor Centre.
All of the sculptures, barring the People’s Choice winner, are available for sale or lease, so if you have your eye on a particular one put down your name soon. The 2019 sculptures will come down in April, on to their new homes or back to the artists, with the 2020 sculptures arriving in May.
The full list of award recipients will be announced at the Sculpturewalk Awards Gala on Nov. 2 at the Lions Head Smoke & Brew Pub. Tickets are now on sale through the Sculpturewalk website.
