Canadian Navigable Waters Act: Hugh L. Keenleyside Dam

British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (BC Hydro) hereby gives notice that a submission has been added to the Common Project Search online registry pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act described herein and its description.
Pursuant to paragraph 4.1 and 9.1 of said Act, British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority has deposited with the Minister of Transport, on the on-line Common Project Search Registry (at cps.canada.ca) and under registry number 10167, a description of the following work: Hugh L. Keenleyside Dam Right Bank Log Retrieval Access Repair Project from March 25, 2024, to March 31, 2025.
In, on, over, under, through or across the Arrow Lakes Reservoir at the Hugh L. Keenleyside Dam within lot numbers: PID 010-222-456 District Lot 1598 Kootenay District; PID 010-227-954 Parcel E District Lots 2308 2309 4268 5636 5953 6884 AND 6885 Kootenay District Plan 9270 Except Part Included in Plan 9273; and PID 010-228-012 Parcel G District Lots 2308 2309 4268 5636 5953 6884 AND 6885 Kootenay District Plan 9270 Except Part Included in Plan 9273.
