The 2010 Pharmasave Christina Lake Triathalon was challenging for the participants, but worth all their hard work. There were individual participants from youth to seniors, and teams took a run at the prizes too. Biking the hill up from the townsite, swimming the lake, and running the course on a hot day worked up a sweat for the treats served up by the Grand Forks Rotary Club at the end of the race. 95 individuals and 18 teams of two or three members vied for the trophies at this intense race.
